Refund policy

Leo and Lynn Jewelry accepts returns and/or exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item(s) is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and not eligible for a refund.
